Dog Friendly City - Asheville, NC

I have never been anywhere that catered to dawgs like Asheville, NC. You can take your dawg into stores while you shop downtown. There are numerous dawg boutique stores. Restaurants allow you to eat outside with your dawg, and random stores have bowls of water outside for your dawg to take a drink. The Biltmore house even allows dawgs on the grounds, but it was $51 a person this weekend so we did not go.

I discovered a website that I plan to take advantage of in the future. My sister also found it when looking up some stuff for us (I used her as my personal google this weekend - thanks Ashley). Check out dogfriendly.com for ideas of things to do with your dog in various cities across the US.
