CORNHOLE BAGS ARRIVED!

I am not sure how much we'll get done on the cornhole boards tonight since college football begins this evening (hurray!), but at least we were productive yesterday.

The cornhole bags (handmade by my momma!) arrived yesterday. That was the highlight of the day. Neighbor Mark took his home so he could sleep with them. Rudy laid ours out in a pattern on the table to admire them. I think they are both very happy; now they just need to finish the paint jobs, and we'll finally get to play. We spent most of last night working on the stenciling for the letters and logos; it was more complicated than anticipated...

CORNHOLE!!!

It has been months since Bailey has written on his blog and for that he apologizes. He has been very busy preparing for the arrival of his little sister, Reese Weber. He has been putting baby furniture together and washing little bitty clothes.

Bailey is trying to complete one more big project with his dad before Reese comes. Bailey, Rudy, and neighbor Mark are building cornhole sets. It is an intense project. Bailey mostly just stands guard and alerts us if anyone is walking by.

Bailey's new playmate

We found out last week that Bailey is getting a little sister!! Bailey was very happy to hear this news. He can't wait to run and frolic with her in the coming months.

You can see her head and her arm pretty well in this picture

This is the money shot (the sex determining picture). As the technician told us, the absence of a turtle shape in this picture indicates that it is a girl. I think she has her legs bent up under her so that you can only see from the hips to the knees.
